Charlie's First Christmas! - Part Two

Monday, December 30, 2013

Christmas morning was so much more exciting shared with a little one! Charlie found such joy in simply pulling strips of wrapping paper off presents...any presents, not just his. I imagine it will be even more exciting next year! We woke up at home, opened presents, and enjoyed our traditional monkey bread before heading out for a busy day.

Next stop, my Mom's house for presents and lunch. Also, it was an ugly sweater party lest you think we always like to wear such apparel.

Nanny was terribly sick, but didn't want to miss out on the family gathering. She stayed cuddled up in the sunroom while Grandaddy opened presents for her.

The last and final stop of the day was Aunt Diana's house for dinner and dessert.
