Charlie's first visit with Santa was not a huge success. Well, it was a success in the fact that we left with the coveted crying with Santa picture.

We didn't really have an idea of which Santa to visit, but I had heard so many people like visiting Santa at Merrifield Garden Center (of all places!), so we gave it a shot. Since Charlie's still little we were able to cut the line, which saved a lot of waiting time.

They had a neat set up with Santa's little house and Santa sitting in a sleigh. And you could take your own photos without paying the big bucks for one measly shot. But the lighting conditions weren't the best. And to be honest, that Santa was pretty creepy. I thought the old guy was going to pass out from wearing that big ol' suit.
