Kids...You Gotta Love 'Em!
In kindergarten, we are currently learning about the five senses. Today we were talking about taste. The kids got to taste one of each of the four types of taste: sour, sweet, salty, and bitter. For bitter, they had to taste tonic water (which really isn’t that bitter, but that’s what we use). I only put a little bit in each of their cups, but almost all of the kids drank it all. Then Adam says, “It tastes dirty…like wine.” Which was followed by another little boy saying, “I’m allergic to wine.”
