1. You learned how to pull yourself to standing in your crib at 3:30 in the morning one day.

2. You babble ba ba ba ba and da da da da all the time.

3. You sat in your first high chair at a restaurant and had your first ride in a cart at Costco. You love the new perspective.


4. New foods this month: zucchini, pears, carrots, and brown rice cereal. Bananas are still by far your favorite.

5. We still bring you into our bed around 4-5am to nurse and go back to sleep while we get ready for work. Lately you have been the best little snuggler during that time.

Like father, like son

6. You gave me your first open mouth kiss!

7. When I reach my hands out to pick you up, you've started to put your hands up in the air. That's just what I've been waiting for.

8. You love to bounce up and down when you hear music and even when we chant, "Char-lie, Char-lie."

9. Everybody still comments on what a happy, good boy you are. And it's true. You are such a good boy. Especially out in public. You love people watching and smiling or waving at others.

10. You pull on your ear when you're tired. You've become even more attached to your lovey. You search for a corner and suck on it when you're sleepy.


11.You celebrated your first Halloween as a little monkey. I took you to Treat Night at school and you helped us answer the door for all the trick-or-treaters on Halloween night.
