This year we kept things pretty low key and celebrated with a bunch of friends down at the lake. I have been wanting to stray from the DC/bar scene for a while and finally this year so did some friends!

We had lunch and visited with Nanny and Grandaddy before heading over to Katelin's parent's house across the lake.

We enjoyed a delicious "family" dinner complete with speeches, compliments about the person sitting next to you, and red wine...lots of it.
